Weather Forecast for St. Kitts & Nevis: Partly cloudy this morning becoming locally cloudy later this afternoon with a 60 percent or moderate chance of showers and a 20 percent or slight chance of late afternoon thunderstorms
Weather tonight: Partly cloudy with a 40 percent or moderate chance of brief showers
Eastern Caribbean Forecast: The mid to upper low-pressure area that caused unsettled conditions over the area, will continue to move westwards and away from the islands. This, along with a gradual reduction in moisture in the lower levels will result in gradual improvement in weather conditions over the Windwards and Barbados. Gradual improvements are also expected over the Leeward this morning; however, instability associated with another trough moving over the Leewards later this afternoon could increase the chance of showers over these islands once more. Meanwhile, generally cloudy skies with brief showers are likely over the Virgin Islands.
