Eastern Caribbean Forecast: Lingering moisture and instability associated with a tropical wave moving away from the region will maintain a moderate chance of passing showers across portions of the northern Eastern Caribbean from the Virgin Islands to Puerto Rico during the morning. Elsewhere, decreasing moisture, strengthening atmospheric stability, and a surge of Saharan dust will promote hazy skies and restrict significant shower activity across the remainder of the Eastern Caribbean by afternoon.
