Eastern Caribbean Forecast: Across the Windward Islands southward to Trinidad and Tobago moisture and instability associated with the Inter-Tropical Convergence Zone will maintain periods of unsettled weather conditions over the next 24-hours. Elsewhere, generally settled atmospheric conditions will prevail as the ridge remains dominant across the islands. Shallow pockets of low level moisture will continue to move across the islands, coupled with instability within the wind flow will result in partly sunny to partly cloudy skies with at most a moderate chance of brief passing showers.
