Eastern Caribbean Forecast: A ridge of high-pressure remains the dominant feature across the Eastern Caribbean. However, by tonight the tropical wave associated with AL92 will begin to affect Barbados and the southern Windward Islands. Cloudy to overcast skies, scattered light to heavy showers, gusty winds, and thunderstorms are expected. The west- northwestward progress of the wave will likely bring those unsettled conditions of the northern islands by tomorrow morning.
