Weather Forecast for St. Kitts & Nevis: Shallow low level patches traversing the area ahead of an approaching tropical wave could lead to a moderate chance for shower activity across the area today. By later tonight into tomorrow, moisture and instability associated with this tropical wave, along with enhancement being provided by the favourable side of an upper-level trough, will move into the area and further heighten the chances for shower and thunderstorm activity over and around the islands periodically during that time.
Weather today: Partly sunny skies in general with a 40 percent or moderate chance of a brief passing shower.
Weather tonight: Partly cloudy skies initially, becoming increasingly cloudy with an 80 percent or very high chance of overnight showers and a moderate chance of isolated thunderstorms developing mainly after midnight.
Eastern Caribbean Forecast: Eastern Caribbean: Across the Eastern Caribbean from the British Virgin Islands southwards to Trinidad & Tobago, the presence of an approaching tropical wave, along with low level pockets of moisture moving across the area on a moderate to fresh wind flow and also enhancement being provided by an upper level trough will create an environment conducive to a heightened chance of showers and possible isolated thunderstorms over and around these islands later tonight into tomorrow. Some showers could be moderate to locally heavy at times.
