Eastern Caribbean Forecast: Cloudy skies, showers and thunderstorms associated with the passage of a tropical wave will affect the Southern Windwards south to Trinidad and Tobago today and tonight. Meanwhile, notwithstanding the northern tip of the tropical wave traversing the rest of the Eastern Caribbean, the presence of Saharan dust along with low moisture will continue to limit shower activity across Puerto Rico east to the Leeward Islands under generally partly cloudy skies.
