Eastern Caribbean Forecast: Moisture and instability associated with an approaching tropical wave will heighten the chances of showers and thunderstorms across the Southern Windward islands, and Trinidad and Tobago today and tonight. Meanwhile, some shallow pockets of moisture, associated with the northern tip of the wave, being pushed across the rest of the Eastern Caribbean mainly later this afternoon and tonight will increase the chances of showers across Puerto Rico east to the Leewards and south to the Northern Windwards.
