NDMD relies on trained volunteers across all 5 parishes for first response, communications and shelter operations. Completing this application is the first step toward a training cohort.
Before you startHave these ready
- Government-issued ID (national ID, driver's licence or passport)
- Your parish of residence
- Two character references (name and phone number)
- Availability for the next CERT or ECT training cohort
- Any first-aid, radio operator or related certifications you already hold

The Volunteer Application Form will be embedded from the forms plugin once it's imported. Until then this page describes the form, what you'll need to complete it, and how it fits into NDMD's wider operations.
